Associate Professor in Applied Mathematics

Department of Mathematics, Mälardalen University (MDU)

My background is in numerical analysis, with a mix of fluid mechanics, physics, and computer science. Most of my current work is focused on developing fast, high-order integral equation methods, for simulations of flows governed by the Stokes and Navier-Stokes equations.

As part of my research I have generated several bits and pieces of numerical code, which are available on my GitHub page. I am also trying to contribute to the ecosystem of numerical libraries for the Julia language, currently maintaining GSL.jl, FINUFFT.jl, and FMMLIB2D.jl.
